Terms of Service & End User License Agreement
Effective date: LEGAL-PLACEHOLDER — set on first publication.
These Terms apply to both the Abossi Online website (www.abossionline.com) and the Abossi Online client applications (collectively, "the Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction (typically 13 or 16 with parental consent, or 18 in some regions). The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, security concerns, or violations of these Terms.
3. Acceptable use
- No cheating, exploiting bugs, or running unauthorized automation.
- No harassment, hate speech, threats, doxxing, or impersonation.
- No illegal content, sexual content involving minors, or content that infringes others' rights.
- No interference with the Service's operation, including DDoS attempts, scraping at scale, or reverse engineering beyond what is permitted by law.
4. License (app)
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Abossi Online client app on supported devices for personal, non-commercial gameplay. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense the app or its assets.
5. User content
You retain ownership of content you submit (chat, character names, support attachments). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, and display it as needed to operate the Service.
6. Virtual items and currency
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for any user, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, except as required by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the website and, where appropriate, in the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
